RLDatix’s Blaine Osborne-Minns Receives Rare Australian Defence Force Commendation
We’re proud to recognise Blaine Osborne-Minns following a rare formal commendation from the Australian Defence Force (ADF), awarded in recognition of his outstanding support during a recent live military exercise.
The commendation, issued by ADF Headquarters Joint Operations Command, is infrequently awarded to civilians or industry partners, highlighting the significance of the achievement.
Blaine, who has been with TeamRLD for four years, supported the exercise by helping establish and maintain a simulated defence workforce management environment. The system provides decision support for workforce planning, personnel readiness, and operational analysis across the Royal Australian Navy, Australian Army, Royal Australian Air Force, Capability Acquisition, and Joint Operations Command.
During the June exercise, the simulated environment delivered real-time workforce insights critical to assessing operational readiness under live operational conditions. Blaine’s’ technical expertise and responsiveness ensured the platform performed reliably throughout the exercise.
RLDatix delivers ongoing sustainment services to the ADF, its largest global customer. Through its APAC Sustainment team, the company provides product support and embedded workforce analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making across personnel readiness, career management, and multi-domain operational planning.
Blaine is the first member of RLDatix’s Sustainment team to receive a commendation from ADF Headquarters Joint Operations Command. This recognition underscores both his individual contribution and the strength of our long-standing partnership with the Australian Defence Force.
We are proud to see his work acknowledged at such a senior operational level and congratulate Blaine on this significant achievement!
